London: The Cavemen (Debut Headline Show)

Description

Lagos-based duo The Cavemen are partnering with London's Touching Bass to bring their much-celebrated, new breed of highlife-fusion to the capital for their first headline show outside of Africa.

Since bursting onto the scene with their debut single “Osondu”, the Cavemen have received consistently high praise for their take on a sound spearheaded by the likes of Fela Kuti, Sunny Ade and Tony Allen.

With two albums already under their belt ('Roots' and 'Love & Highlife') and co-signs from the likes of Wizkid, Tems and Asa to name a few, expect the finest sounds from one of Nigeria's most exciting new bands.

Ticket includes access to both the live show and the afterparty with music from Touching Bass DJs and special guests.

Touching Bass

Touching Bass is the South London-based musical movement: a community, club night, concert series, record label, staple NTS Radio show and curatorial/creative studio led by Errol and Alex Rita, and sustained by a wider community of friends. Underpinning it all is a strong emphasis on creating experiences that feel like home; rich in feeling, intention and community. Music to make you think and feel.
